Our Commitment

Every order placed with Katalyx is personally insured by us. If your package is lost or never delivered, we will replace it — no hassle, no runaround. That's our promise.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, it cannot be modified or canceled.

 

Shipping Times

United States: ~10 working days on average
Canada: ~10 working days on average
Australia: ~8 working days on average
United Kingdom: 6–8 working days on average

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or weather and logistical disruptions outside of our control.

 

Tracking Information

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update, as shipments can take time to register movement through international transit. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

 

Lost or Undelivered Packages

We personally insure every package we ship. If your order is genuinely lost or never delivered, we will send a replacement at no cost to you — simple as that.

A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days and the full delivery window has passed. If this applies to your order, contact us at team@katalyx.store and we will investigate with the carrier and get a replacement out to you.

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Katalyx is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at team@katalyx.store and we will do our best to intercept the order before it ships.
